Dougie

This is Dougie! He is looking for a foster or forever home. He hasn't had the best time so far. He is a 3 year old Puggle mix. He was shot in the neck with a broad head arrow and walked around with it through his neck for over 48 hours. A criminal investigation is underway to find the culprit.  Dougie also has a limp with his front paw.
