Maestro and Maria have had the most horrible of beginnings. Our friend Thea was contacted by a superintendant of an apartment complex, who recounted that when he arrived at work he found puppies hanged by shoestrings in the complex and that there were only 2 survivors running around in absolute fear. He was trying to catch them so noone would hurt them and begged her to get them out of that place.
Thea called us asking if we would take them if she could catch them. Of course we would! Maestro is a male he is the larger of the 2. He had to have surgery to fix a really bad hernia and while they were in there, they neutered this very young boy. His sister, Maria is the lighter of the 2 and she is a love.
